| When should I start
the renewal process? |
| You should start the renewal process no
more than one month before your current certificate is
due to expire. The new certificate will have an end date
of either 1 or 2 years in advance pf the previous certificate
depending on whether you choose to renew your certificate
for a 1 or 2 year period. Your new certificate may overlap
your old certificate by as much as 30 days. |

| Can I change my
contacts listed on the order? |
| During the renewal process the contact fields
will pre-populate with the information previously submitted.
You can at this time change the contact details - any
changes will be confirmed by NIFTeTRUST during the validation
of the order. |

| Do
I need to update my Secure Site Seal when I renew?

Yes. Whenever you Renew, Replace or
change an SSL certificate you will need to update your
existing Secure Site Seal. |
